‘Best cable news prop ever’: Internet erupts in laughter after CNN lays out the rich asshole’s Diet Coke problem
DON'T MISS STORIES. FOLLOW RAW STORY!
On Monday, CNN hosts dedicated a segment to dissecting President Donald the rich asshole’s apparent addiction to Diet Coke featuring a gastroenterologist — and Twitter had a lot to say about it.
“BREAKING NEWS: the rich asshole has a coke problem,” activist and Amplifire News editor Jordan Uhl tweeted, accompanied by a screenshot of CNN’s Brooke Baldwin speaking with Gastroenterologist Dr. Samantha Nazareth.
Right Wing Watch’s Jared Holt, on the other hand, noticed how fluffy the piece seemed and joked “Ah, I see our friends at Apple Bannana [sic] TV are only covering the biggest stories and definitely not giving ammo to people who want to shred their legitimacy.”

Trump is worried about women who are speaking out against their harassers

President Donald Trump doesn't believe the women who have come forward to say that Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore tried to pursue them when they were teens. But the president is also worried about the movement that is pushing women to speak up.
According to three sources who spoke to Politico, he seriously doubts the allegations Roy Moore faces. “Who were these women, he [Trump] asked, and why had they kept quiet for 40 years only to level charges weeks before an election?” He has also reportedly complained that the barrage of men facing consequences for their sexual misconduct is “spinning out of control.”
This report comes after a weekend where Trump once again endorsed Roy Moore at a rally in Pensacola, Florida, and publicly mocked one of Moore’s accusers, Beverly Young Nelson, suggesting that she committed forgery.
Trump, who has dismissed the validity of all of Moore’s accusers' allegations, and appears to foster the same attitude towards the victims of the 40 men who have recently been accused of sexual misconduct, may be getting anxious. As many men have faced consequences in the last couple months, critics have wondered why Trump hasn't been condemned and questioned. But new developments suggest it’s only a matter of time before his own day of reckoning arrives.
On Monday morning, three women — Samantha Holvey, Jessica Leeds, and Rachel Crooks — who have accused Trump of sexual misconduct, appeared on NBC’s “Megyn Kelly Today.” The women were promoting Robert Greenwald's forthcoming documentary about the charges surrounding the president, called "16 Women and Donald Trump." All three recounted at least some elements of their alleged encounters.
Another sign that Trump’s day of reckoning could be in the near future also occurred over the weekend when U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley said during a TV interview that the women accusing him “should be heard, and they should be dealt with." She added, “I think we heard from them prior to the election. And I think any woman who has felt violated or felt mistreated in any way, they have every right to speak up.”
White House says it will provide list of eyewitness reports refuting Trump's accusers
BY BRETT SAMUELS - 12/11/17 03:39 PM EST
WHITE HOUSE PRESS SECRETARY SARAH HUCKABEE SANDERS ON MONDAY PROMISED TO PROVIDE A LIST OF EYEWITNESS REPORTS REFUTING THE CLAIMS OF ROUGHLY A DOZEN WOMEN WHO SAY PRESIDENT TRUMP SEXUALLY HARASSED THEM.
"I CAN SAY THAT THE PRESIDENT HAS DIRECTLY RESPONDED AND SAID THAT THESE ALLEGATIONS ARE FALSE AND THAT’S WHAT I’M DOING AND RELAYING THAT INFORMATION TO YOU. IN TERMS OF THE SPECIFIC EYEWITNESS ACCOUNTS, THERE HAVE BEEN MULTIPLE REPORTS, I’D BE HAPPY TO PROVIDE THEM TO YOU AFTER THE BRIEFING," SHE SAID.
MORE THAN A DOZEN WOMEN CAME FORWARD DURING THE 2016 PRESIDENTIAL CAMPAIGN TO ACCUSE TRUMP OF SEXUAL MISCONDUCT; THREE OF THEM APPEARED EARLIER MONDAY ON “MEGYN KELLY TODAY.”
DURING THE SHOW, AS THE WOMEN RECOUNTED THE ALLEGED INCIDENTS INVOLVING TRUMP, KELLY READ A STATEMENT FROM THE WHITE HOUSE.
THE CLAIMS WERE “TOTALLY DISPUTED IN MOST CASES BY EYEWITNESS ACCOUNTS,” THE STATEMENT READ.
“THE TIMING AND ABSURDITY OF THESE FALSE CLAIMS SPEAKS VOLUMES AND THE PUBLICITY TOUR THAT HAS BEGUN ONLY FURTHER CONFIRMS THE POLITICAL MOTIVES BEHIND THEM,” SAID THE STATEMENT THAT KELLY READ.
THE SAME THREE WOMEN WHO APPEARED ON NBC EARLIER IN THE DAY — SAMANTHA HOLVEY, RACHEL CROOKS AND JESSICA LEEDS — ALSO HELD A PRESS CONFERENCE MONDAY MORNING IN WHICH THEY CALLED FOR CONGRESS TO INVESTIGATE THE ALLEGATIONS AGAINST TRUMP.
MULTIPLE DEMOCRATIC SENATORS HAVE IN RECENT DAYS CALLED ON TRUMP TO RESIGN BECAUSE OF THE ALLEGATIONS. DEMOCRATS ARE SEEKING THE UPPER HAND ON THE ISSUE AFTER FORCING SEN. AL FRANKEN (D-MINN.) TO RESIGN OVER HARASSMENT ALLEGATIONS.
Sarah Sanders ridiculously promises list of “eyewitnesses” to prove Trump’s not a predator
The latest White House spin on Donald Trump's admitted sexual predation is its most ridiculous yet.
Donald Trump’s sexually predatory chickens are coming home to roost, thanks in part to new calls for accountability from his accusers and from Democratic leaders.
At Monday’s White House press briefing, press secretary Sarah Sanders made perhaps the most absurd attempt yet to push back on what we all already know.
Sanders spent a good portion of the briefing trying to bully her way past questions about the trio of accusers who have revived media interest in the allegations of sexual misconduct against Trump. ABC News White House correspondent Cecilia Vega was among more than half a dozen reporters to press Sanders on the subject, asking if she personally believes the allegations to be false.
Sanders conspicuously refused to endorse that view personally, and then absurdly insisted the White House will provide a list of “eyewitnesses” to prove that the rich asshole is not a sexual predator:
In terms of the specific eyewitness accounts, there have been multiple reports, I’d be happy to provide them to you after the briefing.
Vega was referring to a statement the White House put out Monday morning claiming that Trump’s accusers have been “totally disputed in most cases by eyewitness accounts.” That claim is belied by the millions of American eyewitnesses who heard Trump brag about sexually assaulting women with impunity and invading beauty pageant dressing rooms to violate the privacy of women and girls as young as 14 years old.
Yet Sanders still had the temerity to claim eyewitnesses even after Trump’s previous admissions had been brought up by reporters in the same briefing. Trump’s White House is long on absurd spin, but the time for them to skate by without accountability is running shorter every day.
US military must accept transgender recruits by Jan. 1, judge rules
DON'T MISS STORIES. FOLLOW RAW STORY!
Transgender recruits will be able to join the U.S. military as of Jan. 1, a federal judge ruled on Monday, denying a request by President some rich asshole’s administration to enforce his ban on transgender troops while the government appeals an order blocking it.
U.S. District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly in Washington refused to lift part of her Oct. 30 order stopping the ban from taking effect until the case is resolved, because it likely violates the U.S. Constitution’s guarantees of due process and equal protection under the law.
The administration had argued that the Jan. 1 deadline was problematic because tens of thousands of personnel would have to be trained on the medical standards needed to process transgender applicants, and the military was not ready for that. Kollar-Kotelly rejected the concerns, saying that preparations for accepting transgender troops were underway during the administration of the rich asshole’s predecessor Barack Obama.
“The directive from the Secretary of Defense requiring the military to prepare to begin allowing accession of transgender individuals was issued on June 30, 2016 – nearly one and a half years ago,” the judge said.
Several transgender service members filed a lawsuit after the rich asshole announced in July he would ban transgender people from the military, citing concern over military focus and medical costs.
In an August memorandum, the rich asshole gave the military until March 2018 to revert to a policy prohibiting openly transgender individuals from joining the military and authorizing their discharge. The memo also halted the use of government funds for sex-reassignment surgery for active-duty personnel.
Defense Secretary James Mattis had previously delayed a deadline that had been set during the Obama administration to begin enlisting transgender recruits to Jan. 1, which the rich asshole’s ban then put off indefinitely.
The service members who sued the rich asshole, Mattis and military leaders in August had been serving openly as transgender people in the U.S. Army, Air Force and Coast Guard. They said the rich asshole’s ban discriminated against them based on their sex and transgender status, and that they had relied on the Obama-era policy to reveal they are transgender.
In her October ruling, Kollar-Kotelly said the rich asshole administration’s reasons for the ban “do not appear to be supported by any facts” and cited a military-commissioned study that debunked concerns about military cohesion or healthcare costs.
The U.S. Department of Justice appealed the injunction and also asked the judge to suspend the Jan. 1 enlistment date, warning it could cause harm and confusion in the ranks.
A second federal judge in Maryland also halted the ban in Nov. 21 ruling.

Judge denies the rich asshole request to delay transgender military enlistment
BY REBECCA KHEEL - 12/11/17 01:15 PM EST
The the rich asshole administration must accept transgender recruits into the military by Jan. 1, a federal judge ruled Monday.
The decision prevents a ban on enlisting new transgender troops that the administration had sought to implement after an earlier injunction against the president's order.
“The court will not stay its preliminary injunction pending defendants’ appeal,” Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia wrote Monday.
The administration tried to delay enlisting new transgender troops after Kollar-Kotelly issued an injunction against the transgender ban President the rich asshole announced on Twitter in July and made official with a memo in August.
In October, Kollar-Kotelly blocked the ban from taking effect while a lawsuit against it works its way through court.
The lawsuit was brought by the National Center for Lesbian Rights (NCLR) and GLBTQ Legal Advocates & Defenders (GLAD) on behalf of six unnamed service members and two recruits.
Last month, after a motion by the the rich asshole administration, Kollar-Kotelly issued a follow-up ruling clarifying the earlier one that said the injunction means the military must accept transgender recruits by Jan. 1, as it had planned to do prior to the rich asshole’s ban.
The the rich asshole administration has appealed the ruling on the injunction and last week filed the emergency motion asking for a stay on the requirement to accept new troops pending the outcome of the appeal.
In the motion, administration lawyers argued that the military will be “seriously and irreparably harmed if forced” to implement the policy by Jan. 1, saying that people involved in recruiting haven’t had enough time to be trained in the “complex and multidisciplinary nature” of transgender medical issues.
But lawyers for the plaintiffs in the case argued the Pentagon has had plenty of time to prepare. They submitted a sworn statement from Obama administration Navy Secretary Ray Mabus saying the work on lifting the accession ban was largely done by the time he left office last January.
Kollar-Kotelly sided with the plaintiffs, saying the Pentagon has had more than a year and a half to prepare since the Obama administration first announced the enlistment ban would be lifted.
Kollar-Kotelly also said the administration’s request for an emergency stay was belied by the fact that it waited six weeks to file the motion after she issued her injunction.
“If complying with the military’s previously established January 1, 2018 deadline to begin accession was as unmanageable as defendants now suggest, one would have expected defendants to act with more alacrity,” she wrote.
The NCLR and GLAD applauded the ruling Monday.
“It’s time to stop stalling and move forward,” Jennifer Levi, director of GLAD's Transgender Rights Project, said in a statement.
“It’s time to stop stalling and move forward,” Jennifer Levi, director of GLAD's Transgender Rights Project, said in a statement.
“The military has had nearly a year and a half to be ready to implement an enlistment policy its own leaders created and adopted. High ranking military leaders who oversaw training when the military made the first changes to transgender service policies have said the military is ready to accept transgender enlistees. This administration needs to stop creating fake problems and get on with it.”
the rich asshole attacks NYT report that he watches up to 8 hours of TV a day
BY MALLORY SHELBOURNE - 12/11/17 09:30 AM EST
President the rich asshole on Monday lashed out at The New York Times on Monday over a report that said he watches a minimum of four hours of television each day.
“Another false story, this time in the Failing @nytimes, that I watch 4-8 hours of television a day — Wrong!” the rich asshole wrote on Twitter.
The tweet comes after the Times, in a report published over the weekend, cited individuals close to the president saying the rich asshole watches anywhere from four to sometimes eight hours of TV during the day.
CNN aired a segment on the report focused on the rich asshole's television habits less than an hour before the rich asshole's tweet.
“Also, I seldom, if ever, watch CNN or MSNBC, both of which I consider Fake News. I never watch Don Lemon, who I once called the ‘dumbest man on television!’ Bad Reporting,” the rich asshole added.
Another false story, this time in the Failing @nytimes, that I watch 4-8 hours of television a day - Wrong! Also, I seldom, if ever, watch CNN or MSNBC, both of which I consider Fake News. I never watch Don Lemon, who I once called the “dumbest man on television!” Bad Reporting.
The president periodically uses Twitter to criticize media reports he does not like. He has in the past called multiple outlets, including the Times, "fake news" on the social media platform.
Clifford Levy, the deputy managing editor of The New York Times, responded to the rich asshole's tweet, saying the newspaper stands by its work.
"We at The New York Times stand by our reporting, sourced from interviews with 60 advisers, associates, friends and members of Congress," Levy said.
BY JORDAN FABIAN AND JONATHAN EASLEY - 12/11/17 11:36 AM EST
Three women who have accused President the rich asshole of sexual harassment are calling on Congress to investigate the allegations against him.
The women held a press conference Monday to demand that the president be held accountable for his actions.
"If they were willing to investigate Sen. [Al] Franken [D-Minn.], it’s only fair that they do the same for the rich asshole,” said Rachel Crooks, one of the president’s accusers.
Crooks has accused the president of forcibly kissing her 12 years ago at the rich asshole Tower, where she was a young receptionist.
Samantha Holvey, a former Miss USA contestant who says the rich asshole walked into the dressing room to inspect the women, said the president should step down over the allegations.
“Other folks have resigned. I think he should. I don’t think he ever will,” she said at the news conference arranged by Brave New Films, a progressive nonprofit group.
The three women appeared earlier Monday morning on NBC News’s “Megyn Kelly Today.”
The women are trying to return the spotlight to the rich asshole’s alleged misconduct at a time when other politicians, media figures, entertainment executives, and businessmen have been forced to leave their jobs over accusations of sexual harassment or assault.
The group, which also included Jessica Leeds, who said the rich asshole groped and kissed her on an airplane, did not make any new allegations against the president.
But they expressed hope the shifting cultural ground surrounding sexual misconduct would force a reckoning for the president.
“So we're at the position now where in some areas of our society, people are being held accountable for unwanted behavior,” said Leeds. “But we are not holding our president accountable for what he is and who he is.”
At least 16 women during the 2016 campaign accused the rich asshole of sexually harassing them. the rich asshole has denied all of the allegations and the White House has said its official position is that all the women were lying.
“These false claims, totally disputed in most cases by eyewitness accounts, were addressed at length during last year’s campaign, and the American people voiced their judgment by delivering a decisive victory,” a White House spokesperson said Monday.
The White House said the women were motivated by politics in trying to revive their accusations against the rich asshole.
“The timing and absurdity of these false claims speaks volumes and the publicity tour that has begun only further confirms the political motives behind them," said the spokesperson, who declined to be named.
Holvey pushed back on that criticism, saying the women want the investigation to be carried out in a nonpartisan way.
“It’s not a partisan issue, it’s how women are treated every day,” she said.
the rich asshole’s alleged sexual harassment was thrust back into the spotlight even before Monday, as multiple lawmakers on Capitol Hill were forced to resign in a tidal wave of backlash against sexism in the workplace.
While announcing his resignation last Friday, Franken noted the “irony” of being forced to step aside when “a man who has bragged on tape of his history of sexual assault sits in the Oval Office.”
Franken was referring to the “Access Hollywood” tape, in which the rich asshole is heard boasting about how he can grab women and force himself on them because of his power and wealth.
the rich asshole has apologized for the remarks and described them as “locker room talk.” But he has privately expressed doubt about the authenticity of the tape, according to media reports.
The women on Monday also talked about their disgust with the rich asshole over his support for Alabama Republican Senate candidate Roy Moore, who has been accused of molesting a 14-year-old girl and dating teenagers while he was in his 30s and serving as district attorney during the 1980s.
Moore denies the allegations.
The National Republican Senatorial Committee has cut ties with him and some GOP senators say he should be expelled if he wins, but the rich asshole is backing him, saying that he doesn’t want the seat to be held by a Democrat.
“It’s really horrifying and it’s confusing because you would think that the good people of Alabama could see through this, but we’ve gotten so polarized with the politics they want to keep a Republican seat even though it’s a pedophile,” Leeds said.
‘What a pervert he is’: the rich asshole’s accusers provide new details of sexual harassment
Three women who accuse the rich asshole of sexual misconduct spoke to Megyn Kelly Monday morning.
President the rich asshole called Jessica Leeds a “c**t” after allegedly groping her on an airplane in the late 1970’s, Leeds said on Megyn Kelly Today Monday morning.
Three years after the incident, Leeds said she ran into the rich asshole when she was working at a fundraising gala in New York City.
“I knew and I recognized him, immediately,” Leeds said. “He stands there, as I’m handing him this stable assignment and he says, I remember you. You were that” — Leeds paused — “woman from the airplane. He called me the worst name ever.”
Kelly asked Leeds if there was a descriptor before woman, and Leeds said yes, adding, “It’s the worst one.”
“You don’t want to say it out loud. Does it begin with a ‘C’?” Kelly asked. Leeds said yes, and Kelly asked if the word ended with a “T,” and Leeds said yes again.
Leeds joined Kelly Monday morning along with two other women, Samantha Holvey and Rachel Crooks, who have accused the rich asshole of sexual misconduct. Crooks says the rich asshole forcibly kissed her in the rich asshole Tower in 2005, and Holvey says the rich asshole “inspected” her and other Miss USA pageant contestants, calling the interaction “the dirtiest I felt in my entire life.” In total, 16 women have accused the rich asshole of sexual misconduct. The president has denied all accusations.
In a statement released to Kelly during the taping Monday, the White House said, “These false claims, totally disputed in most cases by eyewitness accounts, were addressed at length during last year’s campaign. And the American people voiced their judgment by delivering a decisive victory. The timing and absurdity of these claims speaks volumes. And the publicity tour only confirms the political motives behind them.”
Last week, Rep. John Conyers (D-MI), Sen. Al Franken (D-MN), and Rep. Trent Franks (R-AZ) all resigned from Congress following accusations of sexual harassment, abuse, and misconduct. All three women who joined Kelly Monday have publicly told their stories in the past, but the recent avalanche of accusations made against powerful men in media, politics, and other industries have reignited the conversation about the allegations made against the rich asshole.
“It is heartbreaking,” Holvey said Monday when Kelly asked if speaking out was scary. “We’re private citizens and for us to put ourselves out there to try to show America who this man is and especially how he views women and for them to say, ‘We don’t care,’ it hurt. And so, you know, now, it’s just like, all right, let’s try round two. The environment’s different. Let’s try again.”
The women all spoke Monday about how it felt to see the rich asshole win and take office. Leeds said she began telling her story to anyone who would listen during the campaign because she wanted people to know “what kind of person the rich asshole really is. What a pervert he is.”
“It was just a tough day because the entire country said, ‘We don’t care that he’s like this,'” Holvey said of Inauguration Day.
Leeds also said Monday that she wants to see an Congressional inquiry into the rich asshole’s behavior, too.
“I think that’s fair. They were more than willing to do that for Senator Franken,” she said. “Why is the president immune to that?”
A Congressional inquiry would give the rich asshole’s accusers the opportunity to speak under oath, and Crooks said Monday she also wants to see security footage from the rich asshole Tower.
“I recently read a comment about, ‘If this happened in the rich asshole Tower, they have to have security footage. Where is that?'” Crooks said. “Yes, where is that? Let’s get that out. I would love for that to be made public. He owns the building. I doubt that’s going to happen. But I would be more than happy for him to let that surface.”
Crooks also talked about the power dynamic of her interaction with the rich asshole, who asked her for her phone number after allegedly forcibly kissing her.
“I was so uncomfortable. A little, yeah, threatened,” she said. “Like I didn’t have a choice in agreeing to do that… You feel like you have to say yes. You don’t want to be the nasty girl, the mean girl that doesn’t comply and who puts up a fight… I wish I had been stronger then. I would feel differently now, I’d like to think. Things would be different now.”
Following their appearance on Megyn Kelly Today, the three women held a media availability in New York City to discuss their experiences.
Other the rich asshole accusers have also been speaking out recently.
In October, BuzzFeed reported that one woman, Summer Zervos, who alleges the rich asshole groped her subpoenaed the rich asshole for any campaign documents pertaining to her accusations. It also requests documents referencing “any woman alleging that some rich asshole touched her inappropriately.” And on Friday, former Fox News anchor Julia Huddy came forward and said that, just over ten years ago, the rich asshole forcibly kissed her in an elevator after a lunch meeting at the rich asshole Tower.
the rich asshole also recently endorsed Republican Senate candidate Roy Moore, who is running to fill the seat vacated by Attorney General Jeff Sessions in Alabama. Nine women have accused Moore of sexual misconduct, including one woman who has accused Moore of molesting her when he was in his 30’s and she was just 14.
“The man is up three points and is expected to become our next United States senator. Your thoughts on that in the wake of your accusations?” Kelly asked Holvey Monday.
“I mean, it gives me goosebumps,” Holvey said. “[I]t’s just like, where do we draw the line? Where do we draw the line as women coming together in this country saying no. We don’t want to be treated like that. We no longer accept this.”
The White House’s audacious new lie about the women accusing the president of sexual abuse
There is only one "eyewitness," and his story is a sham.
This morning, three women who have accused the rich asshole of sexual assaulting them appeared on Megyn Kelly’s talk show, sharing new details of what they say was abuse at the hands of the president. They are among at least 14 women who accuse the rich asshole of sexual assault. In response, the White House issued a statement claiming these women are lying. Notably, the White House claims that the accusations were contradicted “in most cases” by eyewitnesses:
These false claims, totally disputed in most cases by eyewitness accounts, were addressed at length during last year’s campaign, and the American people voiced their judgment by delivering a decisive victory. The timing and absurdity of these false claims speaks volumes, and the publicity tour that has begun only further confirms the political motives behind them.
This is a lie.
Only one “eyewitness” has ever emerged to dispute a claim of sexual assault against the rich asshole. That man, Anthony Gilberthorpe, is a serial fableist with a history of pushing false stories for a few minutes of attention.
Gilberthorpe claims that he was in the first-class cabin with the rich asshole and Jessica Leeds during a cross-country flight in 1980. Gilberthorpe presented no actual evidence that he was on the flight, “just his self-described excellent memory.” He also did not explain why he might have been on a first-class domestic flight in the U.S. as an 18-year-old British boy. He also did not explain why, if he had been on such a flight, he would remember an interaction between the rich asshole and Leeds in which “nothing inappropriate” occurred. He also claims that Leeds, who was in her 30s at the time, confided in him during the flight that she wanted to marry the rich asshole.
But even more telling is Gilberthorpe’s long history as a fraud and a liar.
In 1987, for example, he told newspapers in England that he was engaged to fashion designer in California named Miss Leah Bergdorf-Hunt. “Both our families are delighted,” he told The Gloucester Express. It was later revealed that he was not engaged. Also there was no Miss Bergdorf-Hunt. He invented the whole thing. He later won a substantial libel judgment from British newspapers that reported he had AIDS. But it eventually came out that Gilberthorpe himself was the source for the story. The newspapers appealed and Gilberthorpe ended up settling after the newspapers agreed to offset a small portion of his legal fees. The incident left him “very much out of pocket and with egg all over his face.”Gilberthorpe also contends that, as a young man, he was “paid to recruit underage rent boys for orgies attended by ministers from Margaret Thatcher’s cabinet.” There is no evidence to support his salacious claims.
the rich asshole’s eagerness to rely on such an unreliable account suggests he has little information that contradicts the allegations against him.
During the campaign, the rich asshole and Mike Pence promised information that would prove all the allegations against the rich asshole are “all categorically false.” They later confirmed that they were alluding to Gilberthorpe’s story.
Months later, they are not only still referencing Gilberthorpe’s tale but also claiming there is eyewitness testimony contradicting “most” of the rich asshole’s accusers.
For many of the rich asshole’s accusers, there has been no response at all. For others, the rich asshole has issued a blanket denial. In one case, the rich asshole’s former butler said he didn’t think the allegations were credible. In another, the rich asshole suggested the woman making the allegation was too ugly for him to sexually assault.
But there haven’t been eyewitnesses, even unreliable ones, that contradict the rich asshole’s accusers in “most” cases.
There is just Anthony Gilberthorpe.
the rich asshole watches CNN and ‘Morning Joe’ to get fired up

Its common knowledge that President Donald Trump enjoys watching a lot of television.
But according to a New York Times article published on Saturday based on conversations with dozens of Trump's advisers and confidants, the President doesn't watch T.V. just for fun and reassurance--he also watches it to get fired up.
"Around 5:30 each morning, President Trump wakes and tunes into the television in the White House’s master bedroom. He flips to CNN for news, moves to 'Fox & Friends' for comfort and messaging ideas, and sometimes watches MSNBC’s 'Morning Joe' because, friends suspect, it fires him up for the day," the Times article says.
Once the sun sets and he puts his phone down, Trump tunes into Fox News most of the time to end his day. But if he's looking for a fight, aides who spoke with the Timessay that the President can always count on one CNN host to rile him up.
"[Trump] sometimes 'hate-watches' CNN to get worked up, especially Don Lemon," the article states.
Lemon's affinity for angering the President makes sense given the news' hosts unflinching criticism of Trump during last year's presidential campaign and throughout Trump's first year in office.
Most recently, Lemon slammed Trump's use of a derogatory slur aimed at Senator Elizabeth Warren during a ceremony honoring the Navajo Code Talkers.
Trump denied any wrongdoing, but Lemon wasn't having any of it.
“Just because you say you’re not racist doesn’t make it so,” said Lemon, “especially if you say, do, and defend racist behavior over and over and over again. Especially if you have lost your credibility by telling countless lies, big and small.”
In the past, Lemon has called the President an " unhinged child," adding that Trump is " ignorant" of the history of race relations in the United States.
Trump is quoted in the Times piece as calling reports of his copious television binges "fake news," saying that he is kept busy with official White House business.
“I do not watch much television,” Trump told reported on Air Force One last month en route to Vietnam. “I know they like to say — people that don’t know me — they like to say I watch television. People with fake sources — you know, fake reporters, fake sources. But I don’t get to watch much television, primarily because of documents. I’m reading documents a lot.”
However, according to the Times, the President went on to complain later that day that the only thing he could watch while in the Phillippines was CNN.

the rich asshole loves showing off the White House bathrooms
Lauren Gill
Posted with permission from Newsweek
When he isn’t watching four hours of television each day, President Donald Trump reportedly has a fondness for showing off the White House’s storied bathrooms.
In a New York Times article published on Saturday chronicling Trump’s often unusual habits, the newspaper reports that the former hotelier loves to pass time by taking his guests on tours of his residence, especially the restroom.
“He has an odd affinity for showing off bathrooms, including one he renovated near the Oval Office,” The Times reports.
Shortly after moving into the White House, Trump oversaw a record $1.75 millionmakeover for his new home, including new wallpaper, custom-made rugs, and a custom conference table from the same company that made one for Richard Nixon, but details on the aesthetic of his lavish new lavatory are scarce.
This means that those who have embarked on Trump’s toilet tours have gotten a rare look inside the White House’s 35 bathrooms in what would undoubtedly be quite a lengthy excursion.
Although little is known about the water closets, a former White House staffer once called the men’s room by the Oval Office “pretty epic,” describing it as a “tiny bathroom with a small sink.” But he also noted that the people coming out of the bathroom were much more impressive than the toilet itself.
He praised the bathroom on the ground floor of the residence near the library as his favorite, detailing its white marble floors and sinks that "radiated luxury."
If Trump’s previous penchant for decor inspired by French King Louis XIX is any indication of the lavatory’s look, he might have gussied up the space with gold-plated fixtures and luxury vanity lighting as he did on his private plane.
Trump isn’t the first president reported to cherish his restrooms— Johnson was said to drag people into the water closet with him as he continued his conversations in a bid to intimidate them.
Millard Fillmore introduced the first flush toilet to the White House during his presidency from 1850-1853, but Franklin Pierce, who served from 1853-1857 was the first president to have a modern bathroom with running hot baths and showers.

Judge tells ex-the rich asshole adviser Paul Manafort to stop communicating with media
DON'T MISS STORIES. FOLLOW RAW STORY!
A U.S. federal judge on Monday issued a stern warning to President some rich asshole’s former campaign manager Paul Manafort to refrain from making statements to the media that could harm his right to a fair trial.
U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson chided Manafort for ghost-writing an opinion piece that was published last week in the Kyiv Post, a Ukraine English language newspaper, lauding Manafort’s political work for Ukraine.
Jackson said she should would consider any similar future behavior to be a violation of her Nov. 8 gag order not to discuss the case with the media or make public statements in ways that could affect its outcome.
She also stopped short of granting a request from Special Counsel Robert Mueller to deny Manafort’s proposal for more lenient bail terms, saying she would take his proposal to lift his house arrest in exchange for posting four real estate properties as collateral under advisement and rule at a later date.
Prosecutors had previously asked her to deny his request, saying his behind-the-scenes ghost-writing violated her order and raised issues of trust.
“Mr. Manafort, that order applies to you, and not just your lawyer,” Jackson said.
She added that the op-ed, while not published in a United State newspaper, could potentially taint a local jury pool because of the global nature of media.
“All that has to happen is for that favorable article, which is going to … look on its face to be entirely independent, but is actually in part a message crafted and shaped by you … is to have somebody you know post it on Facebook, Twitter or a blog, and you have accomplished your goal, given the power of retweeting,” she said.
Manafort and his business associate Rick Gates are facing charges including conspiracy to launder money and failing to register as a foreign agent working on behalf of former pro-Russian Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych’s government.
Jackson set the next status conference hearing for Jan. 16.
She said she has some outstanding concerns about Manafort’s proposed bail package, including the fact he relied on Zillow to come up with some of the property value estimates.
She also expressed frustration that the defendants were not always giving pre-trial services ample notice about their whereabouts, saying “it has to be more than an hour in advance.”
She added that Gates has repeatedly filed requests to get out of house arrest on the weekends to go to his children’s’ sporting events, and she urged his lawyers to reach a bail agreement with the government so the court could “get out of the business of monitoring soccer practice.”
the rich asshole publicly backed Moore after polls showed comeback — because he wanted to claim credit
DON'T MISS STORIES. FOLLOW RAW STORY!
President some rich asshole publicly threw his support behind Roy Moore after the Alabama Republican was accused of molesting teenage girls — but his reasons haven’t been entirely clear until now.
The president didn’t even back Moore during his primary run, and he initially called on him to drop out of the race if the allegations were true, but Politico reported on the process that led the rich asshole’s endorsement.
the rich asshole changed his position late last month for two reasons, the website reported.
He was “resentful and angry” that his own advisors — including daughter Ivanka the rich asshole — seemed to be piling on Moore as accusers came forward one after another.
But he also was asking aides for updates on polling in the Senate race, and the rich asshole saw an opportunity when Moore’s numbers started to bounce back.
the rich asshole wanted to claim credit for the comeback — and redeem what he considered to be an embarrassing mistake to endorse Moore’s primary opponent, Sen. Luther Strange.
Moore had fallen behind Democrat Doug Jones by as much as 8 points after the Washington Post reported the long-rumored allegations.
But polls started suggesting a comeback by Nov. 21, and the rich asshole was privately questioning Moore’s accusers.
He spoke up in Moore’s defense after the first public poll showed Moore rebounding, saying the Republican had denied the allegations.
the rich asshole also worried about the razor-thin GOP majority in the Senate, which barely passed the tax reform bill.
The president ultimately voiced a full-throated endorsement, which also brought the fundraising arm of the Republican National Committee back into the race.
Mueller zeroes in on what the rich asshole did in the 18 days Sally Yates warned about Flynn’s lying: report
DON'T MISS STORIES. FOLLOW RAW STORY!
A new report from NBC News indicates that special counsel Robert Mueller’s team is zeroing in on what President some rich asshole and his administration did in the 18 days after former acting Attorney General Sally Yates warned them that former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn lied to the FBI about his contacts with Russian officials.
Multiple sources tell NBC that investigators have been grilling the rich asshole administration officials about what happened during the 18 days it took for the rich asshole to fire Flynn after Yates had warned them of the possibility that the national security adviser might be compromised by the Russian government.
“The questions about what happened between Jan. 26 and Flynn’s firing on February 13 appear to relate to possible obstruction of justice by President some rich asshole,” NBC reports. “Some of those interviewed by Mueller’s team believe the goal is in part to determine if there was a deliberate effort by President the rich asshole or top officials in the West Wing to cover up the information about Flynn that Sally Yates… conveyed to [White House counsel] McGahn on January 26.”
Even though Yates warned the administration about Flynn’s deceptions on January 26, the rich asshole did not fire Flynn until after the Washington Post reported on February 9 that Flynn had discussed sanctions with Russian government officials during the presidential transition in December 2016.
‘He’s an important witness’: Steve Bannon almost certain to be called as witness in Mueller probe
DON'T MISS STORIES. FOLLOW RAW STORY!
Steve Bannon claims he doesn’t have a lawyer yet in the Russia probe, but investigators will almost certainly call him to testify.
The Breitbart News chief and former White House chief strategist was consulted by President some rich asshole before he fired FBI director James Comey, and congressional investigators plan to question him about the decision, reported Politico.
“I think it’ll be very important at an appropriate time to bring him before the committee,” said Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), the ranking Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee. “There are a whole range of issues we need to talk to him about.”
Special counsel Robert Mueller’s office declined to comment on the report, but former the rich asshole aides told Politico that Bannon will almost certainly serve as a witness in that probe — if he hasn’t already.
“Post-election, there’s a story every day about some other bombshell, and Bannon would have had a conversation with the rich asshole about it,” said former Justice Department prosecutor Peter Zeidenberg. “It doesn’t mean he’s violated any law, but there’s no way this investigation gets done without him being interviewed thoroughly. Zero percent chance.”
Mueller and lawmakers are investigating whether the president intended to obstruct justice by firing Comey, who has told Congress that the rich asshole asked him to wind down his probe of former national security adviser Mike Flynn — who pleaded guilty earlier this month to lying to FBI agents.
“He’s an important witness,” said one former federal prosecutor. “If he’s saying, ‘Don’t do this. This is a political disaster,’ and the president does it anyway, what he has to say might be helpful to the Mueller team in an obstruction case.”
They’re also investigating the role of data firm Cambridge Analytica, which identified potential the rich asshole supporters to be served highly targeted ads and Russian “fake news” on Facebook.
Bannon reported an ownership stake of at least $1 million in the data firm, which he introduced to the rich asshole campaign in summer 2016 after its previous client, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), dropped out of the presidential race.
Cambridge Analytica’s billionaire backers Robert Mercer and Rebekah Mercer, began donating heavily to the rich asshole and helped install Bannon and Kellyanne Conway to lead the campaign into the election.
The data firm’s CEO, Alexander Nix, reportedly tried to connect with WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange to coordinate the release of data stolen from the Hillary Clinton operation by Russian hackers.
Nix is scheduled to testify Thursday before the House Intelligence Committee.
Bannon and Flynn were reportedly among top the rich asshole campaign advisers who were in frequent direct contact with George Papadopoulos, a foreign policy adviser who pleaded guilty in October to making false statements about Russian contacts to FBI agents.
The Breitbart News head has used his public platform to attack Mueller and his team, and he’d be free to speak openly about his interview if he wished.
Three some rich asshole accusers reveal to Megyn Kelly new details about ‘gross and dirty’ experience with president
DON'T MISS STORIES. FOLLOW RAW STORY!
During an interview Monday with Megyn Kelly, three women who allege they were sexually assaulted or sexually harassed by President some rich asshole came forward to reveal more about their stories.
Jessica Leeds, Samantha Holvey and Rachel Crooks all revealed horrifying details about the president.
Leeds met the rich asshole in the 1970s while working as a saleswoman. Times were different, she explained in a New York Times interview before the election in 2016. According to her account, the rich asshole groped and kissed her while the two sat next to each other in first class seats.
“Whether it was 15 minutes or not, it seemed like forever,” she recalled.
“They served a dinner. After the dinner was cleared he began encroaching on my side of the seat,” Leeds later told NPR’s Audie Cornish. “some rich asshole started coming over to me and groping me and trying to embrace me. And then his hands started going up my skirt.”
“I don’t recall saying no, I don’t recall saying stop,” she said. “I don’t recall saying anything. It was like a silent pantomime. I remember at one point looking over at the guy in the seat across the aisle, and his eyes were like bugging out of his head.”
“At that point, I had been in the city long enough to read about the rich asshole family and some of the gossip that was going around and I recognized him immediately as the guy on the plane,” Leeds said. She went on to say that the rich asshole told her, “I remember you. You were that c*nt woman from the airplane.”
When the rich asshole began “going up my skirt,” Leeds said she struggled and stood up and went to the back of the plane. When the flight landed she said that she waited for everyone to get off before she did because she didn’t want to risk running into him.
She went on to tell Kelly about her encounter with the rich asshole years later. He remembered her.
Former Miss USA contestant Samantha Holvey once recalled the rich asshole treating women like a “piece of meat.”
She represented her home state of North Carolina in the 2006 pageant, but after her experience with the rich asshole, she stopped. She explained that none of her childhood dreams “involved a creepy old man checking me out backstage.”
The accusation seems to match up with the rich asshole’s own 2005 admission during a Howard Stern, prior to Holvey’s pageant.
“Before a show, I’ll go backstage and everyone’s getting dressed, and everything else, and you know, no men are anywhere, and I’m allowed to go in because I’m the owner of the pageant and therefore I’m inspecting it,” the rich asshole boasted. “You know, I’m inspecting because I want to make sure that everything is good.”
Forcibly kissing and touching women seemed to be a theme in many of the accusations. Crooks’ story was remarkably similar. The same year as the rich asshole’s “hot mic” moment on “Access Hollywood,” the rich asshole allegedly accosted her while waiting for an elevator.
During a recent appearance on CNN’s “New Day,” Crooks said that she was grateful the “Access Hollywood” tape came to light, because he admitted to what he did to her. “I mean yeah, he’s basically admitting to the behavior that I was a victim of,” she said.
“I’m automatically attracted to beautiful women — I just start kissing them, it’s like a magnet,” the rich asshole told former host Billy Bush. “Just kiss. I don’t even wait. And when you’re a star, they let you do it. You can do anything,” he said in the 2005 conversation. “Grab ’em by the pussy.”
the rich asshole has denied all of the claims made by the women and now alleges that the “Access Hollywood” tape is fake. Bush came forward to confirm that he was present and that it is not only authentic but he cooperated the rich asshole’s comments.
“Nothing shocks me anymore about him,” Crooks said of the rich asshole’s denial. “I think he’s a pathological liar — it’s not shocking, but it’s sad that people don’t hold him more accountable.”
She brought email exchanges with her sister from the time, which she said proves it wasn’t something she simply invented.
She told Kelly that it all happened so fast. She said she ran back into her office and hid in her boss’ office and called her sister to talk about how disgusting she felt. It was more difficult for her because she was forced to see him every day at work. At one point, days later, he asked her for her phone number. He claimed it was standard procedure and that it was for his modeling agency.
“I felt like I didn’t have a choice,” she told Kelly. “You feel like you have to say yes to guys. Like you don’t want to be the ‘nasty girl’ the ‘mean girl’ who doesn’t comply and puts up a fight, I guess. So, yeah, I wish I had been stronger then. I’m now. It would be different now.”
Kelly introduced the interviews by quoting Nikki Haley saying that these women all deserve to be heard. She cited Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ), who has asked for the resignation of the rich asshole. Kelly then played videos from the 16 women who have publicly detailed allegations.
It was difficult for Holvey to come out and have America say that they didn’t care, she told Kelly. She told the story of the rich asshole looking at her like she was a piece of meat not as a person. She said it felt “gross and dirty.” When she was in her robe doing hair and makeup, she described the rich asshole walking in past two security guards assigned to protect them from anyone coming in.
Kelly wondered if people believed that as a pageant contestant this was what she signed up for.
“It’s not what I signed up for!” the former Miss North Carolina pageant contestant said. “I felt so gross. That something that I had dreamed and worked hard for — and I had just turned 20 years old. I was very young and naive and I just felt so gross and that wasn’t what I signed up for. I wanted to be a good role model. I wanted to do charity work. I more than doubled my scholarship for college. I didn’t have to take out any more student loans because of the Miss North Carolina/USA title. Nobody dreams of being ogled when you’re a little girl wanting to wear a crown.”
She described the rich asshole’s behavior as being like because the rich asshole owned the pageant “he owns us.”
When Kelly’s show reached out to the White House head of the episode, they said they had nothing to say. However, during the airing of the show, the White House said that the claims were “false” and “totally disputed in most cases by eyewitness accounts.” It went on to say that because the American people still elected the rich asshole they have “voiced their judgement.”
Crooks called the statement “laughable” and noted that people have told her that security footage would be available if it was real. She’s asked that the footage be released. “I would love for that to be made public.” For those who have accused Crooks of simply trying to take the rich asshole down or get her 15 minutes of fame, she said that she never would want to be known for something horrible like this that happened to her. Rather, she’d like to be known for her accomplishments.
“The things that happened to us spanned decades, state, you know, all over. What could we possibly — could we have colluded to come up with these tales that all sound so similar,” Crooks said.
During a press conference later, Lisa Boyne spoke out against the rich asshole as well, saying that his actions are “a thousand times worse than Al Franken.”
‘That c*nt woman from the airplane’: Accuser Jessica Leeds reveals her first entanglement with the rich asshole after he groped her

During an interview with Megyn Kelly, Jessica Leeds walked through what happened to her when she said President some rich asshole grabbed her and forcibly kissed her on an airplane.
Leeds met the rich asshole in the 1970s while working as a saleswoman. Times were different, she explained in a New York Times interview before the election in 2016. According to her account, the rich asshole groped and kissed her while the two sat next to each other in first class seats.

When the rich asshole began “going up my skirt,” Leeds said she struggled and stood up and went to the back of the plane. When the flight landed she said that she waited for everyone to get off before she did because she didn’t want to risk running into him.
While speaking to Kelly, Leeds wondered why no one was coming to her defense during her ordeal. There was a man near them who said nothing and a flight attendant who didn’t intervene. She said she didn’t complain or inform the airline. But when she moved to New York things changed. She was working for the Humane Society of New York and had a fundraising gala at Saks Fifth Avenue. She was assigned to hand out the seating assignments. That’s when she encountered the rich asshole.
“At that point, I had been in the city long enough to read about the rich asshole family and some of the gossip that was going around and I recognized him immediately as the guy on the plane,” Leeds said. She went on to say that the rich asshole told her, “I remember you. You were that c*nt woman from the airplane.”
Leeds wished that there could be some reckoning with the rich asshole and that he couldn’t be “teflon” and get away with it.
Samantha Holvey, who witnessed the rich asshole’s behavior at the Miss USA pageant said that the most difficult thing for her was looking at the number of women who still supported the rich asshole in the election.
“Women who have lived through this!” she exclaimed to Kelly. “Everyone has their own story of a man touching them inappropriately. Men, multiple men, this isn’t an incident that happens once in a blue moon this happens daily to women. And for them not to say, ‘You know, that’s wrong. I don’t support that. I’m not voting for that. I don’t want that person to be leading my country.’ That was so painful.”
Lisa Boyne later appeared on the phone at the press conference noting that the rich asshole’s crimes are far worse than what she’s seen Sen. Al Franken do.
