Well, we went out with a bang. A big, shitstained orange nutjob in the White House bang, but a bang nonetheless.
some rich asshole Sends Out Embarrassing New Year’s Eve Message; This is Disturbing
some rich asshole just couldn’t wish all Americans a Happy New Year and leave it at that. Instead, he had to give a shout out to his enemies, haters and “the very dishonest fake news media.” The former reality show star had just one job to do and he couldn’t do it.
“As our Country rapidly grows stronger and smarter, I want to wish all of my friends, supporters, enemies, haters, and even the very dishonest Fake News Media, a Happy and Healthy New Year,” President Angry Pants tweeted. “2018 will be a great year for America!”
the rich asshole’s tweet went down about as well as you’d expect.
Here’s the rich asshole’s New Year’s Eve tweet from 2016.
This is nothing new for the rich asshole. He’s been doing this for years.
the rich asshole’s holiday tweets are clearly not presidential.
So, to all the people who voted for this a–hole thinking he would change once he got into power, you were wrong! 70-year-old men don’t change and now he’s a year older.
Drunk Bragging the rich asshole Staffer Started Russian Collusion Investigation
House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes is going to have a bad day. He’s been under the assumption, like many of us, that the Christopher Steele-dossier was what prompted the Russia investigation so he’s been lashing out at the Department of Justice and the FBI in order to protect the rich asshole. As it happens, the dossier is not what started the investigation, according to documents obtained by the New York Times.
Former the rich asshole campaign adviser George Papadopoulos was drunk in a wine bar when he revealed knowledge of Russian opposition research on Hillary Clinton.
On top of that, Papadopoulos wasn’t just a covfefe boy for the rich asshole, as his administration has alleged. He had a much larger role, but none so damning as being a drunken fool in a wine bar.
‘Coffee boys’ don’t help to arrange a New York meeting between the rich asshole and President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi of Egypt two months before the election. It was known before that the former aide set up meetings with world leaders for the rich asshole, but team rich asshole ran with him being merely a coffee boy.
In May 2016, Papadopoulos revealed to Australian diplomat Alexander Downer that Russian officials were shopping around possible dirt on then-Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton.
“Exactly how much Mr. Papadopoulos said that night at the Kensington Wine Rooms with the Australian, Alexander Downer, is unclear,” the report states. “But two months later, when leaked Democratic emails began appearing online, Australian officials passed the information about Mr. Papadopoulos to their American counterparts, according to four current and former American and foreign officials with direct knowledge of the Australians’ role.”
Papadopoulos pleaded guilty to lying to the F.B.I. and is now a cooperating witness with Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s team.
This isn’t a presidency. It’s a badly scripted reality TV show.
the rich asshole has spent one-third of his days in office visiting a rich asshole-owned property
He visited or stayed at a property owned by his private business 116 days this year.
As of the end of 2017, President some rich asshole has visited a namesake property on one-third of his days in office. And he’ll ring in 2018 by not only continuing to host his annual New Year’s Eve bash despite being elected president, but raising the ticket prices to boot.
the rich asshole — who is spending his holiday vacation at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Florida — tweeted on Christmas that he would get “back to work in order to Make America Great Again” starting December 26. Instead, the president has been seen hitting up his golf course every day since that tweet.
Breaking it down, the rich asshole has cumulatively spent 116 days of his presidency visiting a the rich asshole property, 90 days of which were spent on a golf course, according to a NBC News counter. In comparison, Obama golfed 333 days over the course of his eight-year presidency.
The leader of the free world is entitled to golfing, just as any of the presidents before him. However, it would be disingenuous to turn a blind eye to the president’s years-long criticism of his predecessor’s golfing habits.
the rich asshole rarely passed up the chance to criticize Obama for his golfing adventures. Neither have other Republican lawmakers who have since remained silent about the rich asshole’s vacations. In June 2015, at the start of his presidential campaign, then-Republican presidential candidate the rich asshole said you’d find him hard at work in the White House if elected president.
“I would rarely leave the White House because there’s so much work to be done,” the rich asshole said at the time. “I would not be a president who took vacations. I would not be a president that takes time off.”
Flash forward to December 2017, the rich asshole has not only visited his namesake properties at a dizzying rate, but has cost taxpayers millions of dollarswith his travel expenses that include Coast Guard and Secret Service protection. Taxpayers have shelled out at least $6.6 million in 2017 for the president’s Secret Service protection, according to the Wall Street Journal.
The president’s travel to his own properties has prompted ethics concerns over monetizing his public office for private gain. Initiation fees for Mar-a-Lago have doubled to $200,000 since his election, with annual dues up from $1,000 to $15,000 this season, Politico reported. And tickets for the New Year’s Eve bash at Mar-a-Lago will run $600 for members and $750 for guests, according to the publication. Last year, it cost members $525 per ticket, while their guests paid $575.
the rich asshole’s ‘voter fraud’ czar whines lawsuits are slowing down his voter suppression commission
DON'T MISS STORIES. FOLLOW RAW STORY!
Kansas gubernatorial hopeful Kris Kobach has used President some rich asshole’s so-called “voter rights” panel to try and restrict the Voting Rights Act and weaken access to the ballot. Now he’s whining that the lawsuits trying to prevent his voting limits.
According to the Topeka Capitol-Journal, the commission was scheduled to meet in January, but the work they’ve attempted to do so far has been hit with road blocks.
“I’m not aware of any presidential commission that has encountered so much litigation from special interest groups,” Kobach lamented.
the rich asshole started the commission in efforts to prove how 3 million people voted illegally and that he actually won the popular vote.
“Much of the past few months has been spent by commission staff answering discovery requests for information and drafting affidavits and things that like — going through the legwork of litigation, and that takes time,” Kobach whined. “We have a very small staff in Washington, D.C., and that staff has been bogged down in litigation.”
In one case, the commission demanded the voting records and information of all voters in every state, however, many states refused while other states only gave partial data. A bipartisan group of secretaries of state refused, insisting there was no reason for it.
In another lawsuit, the so-called bipartisan commission is alleged to have shut out Democratic member Matthew Dunlap, the Secretary of State for Maine.
The complaint explains he had no choice but to bring the suit “as an action of last resort to enable him to fulfill the oath he took and the obligations to which he committed when he joined the Commission.”
Thus far, eight lawsuits have gone to federal court in opposition of the commission’s demands or findings. Plaintiffs range from the American Civil Liberties Union to the Lawyer’s Committee for Civil Rights Under Law.
The Cap-Journal quoted Washburn political science professor Bob Beatty who claimed no other commission has seen such pushback.
“The reactions to Kobach have been swift and furious, not just by interest groups, but by states,” Beatty said.
However, most presidential commissions are a means of research or a body to bring findings and proposals to the president. Few have any real power outside of the advice given to the president. One from 2010 was called the Interagency Task Force on Veterans Small Business Development, another from the George W. Bush administration was a Commission on the Future of the United States Aerospace Industry. President Ronald Reagan established one in 1987 called the President’s Commission on the HIV Epidemic, which President Bill Clinton established in 1995. Kobach’s commission, by contrast, has been given an open authority to determine lawsuits and make demands of state leaders.
Steve Harvey offends white people on Twitter during #NYEonFox — but not because of his amazing coat and hat

Here’s what’s in store for the rich asshole family in 2018
Jessica Kwong
Posted with permission from Newsweek
President Donald Trump keeps his family extremely close to him as he works as the nation’s commander-in-chief. Some of his children worked on his election campaign and now serve as his advisers. As the president enters the second year of his controversial presidency, here are what his family members might face and take on:
Donald Trump Jr.
The president’s eldest son Donald Trump Jr. could be the next target in special counsel Robert Mueller’s widening probe into possible collusion between Trump’s campaign and Russian officials in the 2016 election, with ex-campaign member and former national security adviser Michael Flynn now cooperating in the investigation.
Trump Jr. was heavily involved in Trump’s election campaign, the transition, and a 2016 meeting at Trump Tower with a Russian lawyer linked with the Kremlin who promised damaging information on his father’s opponent Hillary Clinton. During a closed session with the Senate Judiciary Committee in September, Trump Jr. also admitted to exchanging messages with WikiLeaks, which is reportedly tied to Russia.
If what Trump Jr. told congressional investigators earlier this year conflicts with information from Flynn, the president’s son could be in danger.
Jared Kushner
The president’s son-in-law and senior White House adviser was also present in the infamous Trump Tower meeting with Trump Jr. and the Russian lawyer. Kushner may have been the “very senior member” of the president’s transition team who told Flynn to contact Russian officials in an attempt to block a United Nations resolution condemning Israeli settlement activity before Trump was inaugurated, various news outlets reported in December.
Kushner deserves scrutiny from Mueller “because he was involved in the transition and involved in meetings that call into question his role,” New Jersey Governor Chris Christie said in mid-December.
Separately, Kushner and his wife Ivanka Trump have been sued for alleged omissions on their public financial disclosure forms. Kushner, who revised his forms three times, is reportedly working at the White House under an interim security clearance as investigators evaluate his network of foreign investments.
Ivanka Trump
The first daughter earlier this week tweeted that her New Year’s resolution is to “sleep more,” citing an article on why sleep deprivation is detrimental to health, but as a White House adviser, she’s unlikely to take a backseat in pushing her father’s initiatives.
One of Ivanka Trump’s biggest roles in the political realm in 2017 was garnering support for the GOP tax plan that Congress passed before Christmas to the president’s delight. Donald Trump even canceled his daughter’s part in his 12-day Asia trip in the fall so she could advocate for tax reform at home.
On the morning of New Year’s Eve, Ivanka Trump tweeted a “Great video highlighting how tax reform will help families all across America,” along with the hashtags #HappyNewYear #2018

Melania Trump
It took a while for the first lady in 2017 to ease into her new role—she didn’t move into the White House until nearly five months after her husband was sworn in as president—but it appears Melania Trump may step up her involvement in involvement in 2018, particularly in politics.
Melania Trump pitched a 2018 Republican Party calendar to top supporters for a donation.
“This year’s calendar features photos I have hand-selected, and I hope you will display your calendar throughout the year as a reminder of how important the 2018 elections are to the future of our country,” the first lady wrote in an email, the Washington Examiner reported in early December.
“Only with a Congress led by conservative patriots can my husband move forward with his vision to unleash our nation’s full potential,” Melania Trump said in the email. “This calendar is a small token of appreciation for your consistent support, and I hope you will take this opportunity to contribute $15 today.”
WATCH: Ex-Clinton aide hangs the rich asshole ‘cheerleader’ out to dry after he tries to dismiss Papadopolous ‘bombshell’
DON'T MISS STORIES. FOLLOW RAW STORY!
The former head of the Republican Party in South Carolina ran into a buzzsaw during an MSNBC appearance on Sunday afternoon when he tried to dismiss the bombshell report about a former the rich asshole adviser bragging about having dirt on Hillary Clinton in early 2016, which set in motion a U.S. intelligence investigation.
Saturday afternoon, the New York Times reported that the rich asshole adviser George Papadopoulos drunkenly boasted to an Australian diplomat about having information on the former Secretary of State in March of 2016 –with the Australians turning around and alerting U.S. authorities.
After former South Carolina GOP chair Katon Dawson attempted to blow off the story as nothing close to the “level of Watergate,” and stating that Papadopoulos was a nobody in the campaign, former Clinton-era Deputy Press Secretary David Goodfriend laid waste to the Republican’s downplaying of the story, lumping him in with “the rich asshole cheerleaders.”
“The point being made by Katon Dawson is he was a volunteer, wasn’t getting a paycheck, but they needed somebody to endorse their foreign policy platform,” host David Gura asked Goodfriend. “How much does that matter, whether or not the campaign was cutting a check for him?”
“Very little,” a smirking Goodfriend replied. ” With all due respect to my friend from South Carolina, this is a major bombshell, and the cheerleading squad on the right and the Republicans in Congress have this pattern, when they’re in trouble and feeling the heat, they lash out and attack and try to discredit everybody.”
“In this case, they’re trying to discredit Bob Mueller, and in fact, the FBI and probably the entire American law enforcement system because they’re sweating,” he continued. “The top dog here, Flynn, has turned snitch and is a state’s witness and they’re feeling the heat.”
“You can’t just say anymore that this is some sort of weird dossier put together by some private group,” Goodfriend explained. “No, no. The investigation was prompted, was started, was instigated by something completely outside what the the rich asshole world is attacking right now. What my Republican friend from South Carolina here clearly doesn’t tell us is that the theory the entire Republican Party has been using for the last several weeks is gone.”
“There’s no way you can now say this is just some Bob Mueller exercise in a dossier put together by an oppo research firm,” he bluntly stated. “No. We now have major American allies, like Australia, that are saying we were telling the American CIA, FBI, law enforcement and international apparatus that there is a problem with the Russians and the the rich asshole campaign. This has completely destroyed the the rich asshole world’s best defense — and they’re going to be sweating more in 2018.”

the rich asshole tells voters not to hand Congress to Democrats: They will ‘totally kill the great wealth’ I created
DON'T MISS STORIES. FOLLOW RAW STORY!
President some rich asshole on Sunday suggested that he was concerned that Democrats could take control of Congress and “totally kill” the “great wealth” that his administration has taken credit for creating during its first year.
In a series of tweets, the president seemed to be responding to reports that Democrats have a decent chance to win control of the U.S. House of Representatives in the midterm elections.
As The Washington Post recently noted, “the Dow actually did better” during President Barack Obama’s first year in office than it has done under the rich asshole.
‘Out of control’ the rich asshole is being lied to by his lawyers about Russia investigation so he won’t fire Mueller: Carl Bernstein
DON'T MISS STORIES. FOLLOW RAW STORY!
Appearing on CNN’s State of the Union, legendary reporter Carl Bernstein claimed that sources within the White House have told him that President some rich asshole’s lawyers are lying to him about how bad the investigation into Russian collusion is going because they fear he will fire special counsel Robert Mueller.
Speaking with host Dana Bash, the reporter who broke the Watergate story that eventually led to the resignation of President Richard Nixon, said the rich asshole’s lawyers are painfully aware that their client is “out of control.”
Addressing the rich asshole’s belief that he will be exonerated, Bernstein said the rich asshole is lying but also may be in the dark because his legal team is afraid of what he might say or do if he knew what was really going on.
“There is no reason to believe almost anything some rich asshole says because what we know is that the president of the United States and his presidency is characterized, above all else, by the lying of the president of the United States,” Bernstein explained.”That doesn’t mean that lying by the president is a crime, but it does mean that we see him covering up events, but not necessarily criminally covering up events. And where this is going definitively we don’t know.”
“He has expressed, I am told by people in the White House, the desire to fire Mueller and the desire to pardon people under investigation including his family,” Bernstein continued. “His lawyers are telling him what he wants to hear; that’s what I’m told by lawyers in the White House.”
“They are telling him what he wants to hear to keep him from going off and firing Mueller in a rage because they have an out of control client” he stated. “The president of the United States is out of control a good deal of the time, especially when it comes to this investigation.”

Ex-CIA agent: Leak of Papadopolous’ Hillary confession was timed to let the rich asshole know the FBI is ‘taking off the gloves’
DON'T MISS STORIES. FOLLOW RAW STORY!
A CIA veteran said the bombshell report that former the rich asshole aide George Papadopoulos drunkenly boasted to an Australian diplomat that the rich asshole campaign had dirt on Hillary Clinton appears to have been leaked as a warning shot to the administration.
Appearing on on MSNBC Sunday morning, former CIA agent Ned Price was asked by MSNBC host Frances Rivera about a tweet (see below) he posted on Saturday, writing: “Timing of this story is interesting, coming 4 days after the rich asshole’s false dossier tweets, which also impugned the FBI. The FBI largely treated the rich asshole campaign & subsequently the rich asshole presidency w kid gloves. But this may indicate the gloves are coming off.”
“What would this have looked like if he didn’t get kid gloves?” Rivera asked.
“Let me remind you for much of 2016 the American people were under the distinct impression the FBI was investigating one of the two major party nominees,” Price remarked. “We knew all along that an investigation grew out of the Benghazi probe into Hillary Clinton. Director Comey in July of 2016 then famously went out and detailed the case the FBI laid out ultimately exonerating her but doing political damage in the process. But then just a few months latter, in October, sending a public letter — a letter made public, I should say — essentially saying the case had been reopened. And all of that time we knew that there was this ongoing investigation into the Clinton matter.”
“What we did not know until 2017 was that the FBI also had an investigation into the rich asshole campaign,” he added.
Turning to the Papadopoulos revelation, Price elaborated.
“I don’t know for certain that it came from the FBI. but the timing to me certainly is interesting,” Price explained. “It did come about four days after the president’s alleged that the [Steele] dossier — falsely alleged, I should say — that the dossier spawned this investigation when we now know otherwise. This, to me, certainly looks like it could be the FBI trying to correct the record here.”

In newly un-earthed Howard Stern interviews from 1997, the rich asshole jokes about how he could have seduced the late princess, and how he would force her to have an HIV test. In another interview, he tells Stern that Diana was “crazy” but that it was a “minor detail.”
Stern asks the rich asshole: “Why do people think it’s egotistical of you to say you could’ve gotten with Lady Di? You could’ve gotten her, right? You could’ve nailed her.”
the rich asshole replies: “I think I could have.”
They then act out an imaginary scene where the rich asshole asks Diana to get an HIV test. Hey Lady Di, would you go to the doctor?” Stern Jokes.
the rich asshole jumps in and says, “Go back over to my Lexus, because I have a new doctor.
“We wanna give you a little check-up.”
the rich asshole then talked about how the recently-diseased mother of two young boys looked: “she had times when she didn’t look great” but she was “supermodel beautiful” and “she had the height. She had magnificent skin”.
the rich asshole was a disgusting womanizer then, proved once again in the Access Hollywood tapes, and in countless other interviews throughout his career and to his presidency. Yet so many Conservatives think he is the Christian president who brought back Merry Christmas.” He’s the guy who said he could score with a dead princess—that’s all.
Princess Diana could have been in the run for First Lady – if some rich asshole had got his way.
The president revealed he would have slept with the British princess ‘without hesitation’ if he’d had the chance, when he appeared on controversial DJ Howard Stern’s radio show in 2000 – just three years after Diana was killed in a car crash.
the rich asshole told the shock jock that he thought Princess Diana was ‘crazy’ but said they were ‘minor details’ as she was ‘really beautiful, supermodel beautiful.’
She had the height, she had the beauty, she had the skin, the whole thing,’ he said during the May 200 call-in. ‘She’s magnificent.
‘She was crazy but these are minor details,’ he added.
the rich asshole called into the show to discuss his top ten hottest women list with Stern in the recording, released by Factbase.
Princess Diana was third on his list, after ex-wife Ivana in second and now-First Lady Melania in first. The show saw him also make outlandish comments about Angelina Jolie, who he said had lips that were too big, as well as Mariah Carey and Cindy Crawford, who he also said he would sleep with.
The Stern interview wasn’t the first time the rich asshole had revealed he’d had a thing for Harry and William’s mother.
In his book, The Art Of The Comeback, published in November 1997, three months after her death: ‘I couldn’t help but notice how she moved people. She lit up the room. Her charm. Her presence. She was a genuine princess — a dream lady.’
The pair met on a number of occasions, including at a charity dinner for some of New York’s most powerful at the Hilton Hotel in Manhattan in 1995, where fate had placed some rich asshole on the princess’s table – although his second wife Marla was also present.
He didn’t make a move at the dinner, but six months later – soon after Diana announced her divorce from Prince Charles in July 1996 – she was surprised to receive a huge basket of flowers from the rich asshole for her 35th birthday.
the rich asshole attached a message expressing his sympathy over her divorce, his regard for her and even, it is said, suggesting they get together.
However, it’s clear the princess didn’t feel the same way.
British broadcaster Selina Scott claimed he actually gave Diana ‘the creeps’.
She says the billionaire businessman pursued the Princess of Wales to the point of ‘stalking’ in the mistaken belief he ‘had a shot’ with her.
Writing in the Sunday Times, she said: ‘He bombarded Diana at Kensington Palace with massive bouquets, each worth hundreds of pounds.
‘the rich asshole clearly saw Diana as the ultimate trophy wife. As the roses and orchids piled up at her apartment she became increasingly concerned about what she should do. It had begun to feel as if the rich asshole was stalking her.
‘When she died in the tragic accident in Paris in 1997 the rich asshole told friends his biggest regret was that they hadn’t dated. He said that he always thought he had a chance of romance and would have had a ‘shot’ with her.’
the rich asshole’s spokesman said at the time that they liked each other a lot but nothing ever came of it.
the rich asshole reportedly broke his promise to step away from his business
No one could have seen this coming.
Shortly before moving into the White House, some rich asshole promised to turn over “complete and total control” of his business to his adult sons Don Jr. and Eric. “They are not going to discuss it with me,” the then-president-elect assured the nation he was about to govern — though, a couple months later, Eric the rich asshole admitted that he would still provide his father with “profitability reports and stuff like that” at least every quarter.
Now, a new report by The Daily Beast’s Betsy Woodruff suggests that President the rich asshole may have far more direct involvement with his businesses than he promised nearly a year ago.
Woodruff quotes an email from Jeng Chi Hung, director of revenue management for the rich asshole Hotel in Washington, DC. “DJT is supposed to be out of the business and passed on to his sons, but he’s definitely still involved,” Hung wrote in that email. “I had a brief meeting with him a few weeks ago, and he was asking about banquet revenues and demographics. And, he asked if his presidency hurt the businesses.”
A more senior official with the rich asshole Hotel denies the significance of Hung’s email, claiming that Hung “made these comments up in an effort to enhance his sense of importance to a former employer.”
If Hung’s email is accurate and the rich asshole continues to direct his business while also sitting at the apex of the nation’s executive branch, that raises profound conflicts of interest because the rich asshole as president could shape policy in ways that benefit his bottom line. This is especially true if the rich asshole is seeking information on how his role as an ostensible public servant impacts his business dealings.
Woodruff’s reporting suggests that much of the rich asshole Organization is, indeed, hurting now that its founder and namesake is an unpopular president and white nationalist icon. Some the rich asshole-branded properties are trying to rebrand under a different name, in one case paying a multi-million dollar penalty to do so. In other cases, the rich asshole properties have been surrounded by protesters.
the rich asshole’s Washington hotel, however, has been the exception to this pattern — bringing in nearly $2 million in profits in just four months, according to the Washington Post. The rich asshole Organization previously predicted it would lose $2.1 million during the same period.
As the Post notes, “the hotel has emerged as a Republican Party power center and popular destination for conservative, foreign and Christian groups holding meetings in Washington.” Among other things, Neil Gorsuch, who occupies a seat on the Supreme Court that Senate Republicans held open for a year until the rich asshole could fill it, gave a controversial speech at the hotel — a speech that drew concerns from ethics experts because it gave the impression that Gorsuch may favor the rich asshole in matters before the Supreme Court.
The rich asshole hotel has also attracted business from foreign diplomats apparently seeking to curry favor from the rich asshole. Last December, while the rich asshole was still president-elect, ThinkProgress reported that the Embassy of Kuwait abruptly canceled a contract with the Four Seasons hotel in Georgetown and moved an event to the rich asshole Hotel. We reported at the time that “members of the rich asshole Organization pressured the ambassador to hold the event at the hotel owned by the president-elect.”
Indeed, Arturo Sarukhan, who served as Mexico’s ambassador to the United States from 2007 to 2013, tweeted last month that a former U.S. diplomat told him that the U.S. State Department is actively encouraging world leaders to use the rich asshole Hotel for official visits.
Under the Constitution, no “person holding any office of profit or trust” under the United States may “without the consent of the Congress, accept of any present, emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any king, prince, or foreign state.”
President the rich asshole demanded Friday that Democrats approve a wall along the border with Mexico and other programs to tighten immigration before he supports a program designed to protect young people brought into the country illegally as children – all while promoting his agenda and attacking political critics on Twitter.
"The Democrats have been told, and fully understand, that there can be no DACA without the desperately needed WALL at the Southern Border and an END to the horrible Chain Migration & ridiculous Lottery System of Immigration etc. We must protect our Country at all cost!" the rich asshole said during a wide-ranging tweet storm.
DACA refers to the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, which protected hundreds of thousands of young people brought into the country illegally by their parents – a program the rich asshole has vowed to end after March 1 unless Congress approves new border enforcement issues.
Democrats say ending DACA will lead to deportations of productive young people. They also say the rich asshole's proposed wall along the U.S.-Mexico border will do nothing to stop illegal immigration while programs targeted by the rich asshole are tightly scrutinized to weed out criminals and terrorism suspects.
During his serial set of tweets, the rich asshole also went after the postal service – and Amazon.
"Why is the United States Post Office, which is losing many billions of dollars a year, while charging Amazon and others so little to deliver their packages, making Amazon richer and the Post Office dumber and poorer?" the rich asshole said. "Should be charging MUCH MORE!"
the rich asshole did not provide an economic analysis of his post office complaint, but it is worth noting that Amazon was created by Jeff Bezos – who also just happens to own The Washington Post, a frequent target of the rich asshole complaints about the media.
The president also defended his time in office by re-tweeting tributes from Charlie Kirk, founder and executive director of the conservative group Turning Point USA, who cited the recently signed tax cuts, de-regulation efforts, judicial appointments, and the fight against and the Islamic State.
the rich asshole's morning Twitterstorm also complained about news coverage, this time regarding his low approval ratings.
"While the Fake News loves to talk about my so-called low approval rating, @foxandfriends just showed that my rating on Dec. 28, 2017, was approximately the same as President Obama on Dec. 28, 2009, which was 47%...and this despite massive negative the rich asshole coverage & Russia hoax!" the president said.
Yet that is just one poll – others have the rich asshole's approval rating in the low 40s or 30s.
The Real Clear Politics website average on Friday had the rich asshole's ratings at 39.3% approve and 56.2% disapprove.
On this date in 2009, during Obama's first year in office, the site put Obama at a 49.9% average approval rating and a 44.5% disapproval rating.
