January 16th, 2017 - January 16th, 2017. 428-428 days since the Nov 8, 2016, election of some rich asshole, no.45, and 358-358 days since the Jan 20th inauguration.

‘He’s clearly fat, stupid and mentally unstable’: Internet hammers White House doctor for giving the rich asshole a clean bill of health

Noor Al-Sibai

16 JAN 2018 AT 17:06 ET

On Tuesday, President some rich asshole’s doctor gave him a clean bill of health — and Twitter called him on his bluff.
Notably, White House physician Dr. Ronny Jackson claimed he had “absolutely no concerns” about the president’s “cognitive abilities” — a claim refuted by a group of over 70 mental health professionals who say the rich asshole shows obvious signs of mental decline.
“Per the report from the President’s physician, he is sharp as a tack and has his full cognitive abilities,” national security lawyer Bradley P. Moss tweeted. “So he was fully competent and aware of his surroundings last Thursday when he made racist remarks. Got it. Good to know.”
It wasn’t just the White House physician’s remarks on the rich asshole’s mental health, however, that Twitter found fishy.
“President the rich asshole’s doctor says that he is 75 inches tall and weighs 239 pounds. Just one more pound and, at that height and weight, he would be considered obese, according to the CDC,” Boston Globe writer Matt Viser noted.

some rich asshole has grown a full inch since becoming a senior citizen, according to his White House doctor

16 JAN 2018 AT 17:30 ET

President some rich asshole is in “excellent” health, Navy doctor Ronny Jackson told reporters during a White House press briefing on Tuesday.
Dr. Jackson reported that the rich asshole is six feet and three inches (75″) tall and weighs 239 lbs.
In 2012, the State of New York issued the rich asshole a driver’s license listing his height as six feet and two inches (74″).
The document was issued in May of 2012 when the rich asshole was sixty-five years old.
That height/weight ratio listed by the White House makes the rich asshole “overweight” according to the Department of Health and Human Services’ Body Mass Index (BMI).
If the rich asshole were a single pound heavier, HHS would label him “obese.”
However, if the rich asshole were a single inch shorter, he would also be considered medically obese.
There are a number of potential explanations for the discrepancy between New York and the White House on President the rich asshole’s height. One of the readings could have been wrong. The president may have grown an inch.
Or, the president may actually be obese.

‘The Fakeys’: Comedians turn tables on the rich asshole’s ‘fake news’ awards

Reuters

16 JAN 2018 AT 17:37 ET

Comedian Samantha Bee is campaigning for “Shrillest Reporting,” late-night talk show host Stephen Colbert put up a billboard in New York’s Times Square in a bid to win votes, and rival Jimmy Kimmel calls them “The Stupid People’s Choice Awards.”
Far from silencing these critics, U.S. President some rich asshole’s announcement that he would hand out awards for what he calls “fake news” has fired up comics and media commentators – and has them competing for a “prize.”
the rich asshole, who has frequently criticized the press, calling them “the enemy of the people,” often uses the term “fake news” to cast doubt on reports critical of him or his administration, many times without presenting evidence to support his case.
the rich asshole on Jan. 2 tweeted that he planned to announce “THE MOST DISHONEST & CORRUPT MEDIA AWARDS OF THE YEAR” six days later. He then postponed the event until Jan. 17, saying on Twitter, “The interest in, and importance of, these awards is far greater than anyone could have anticipated!”
A day ahead, White House spokeswoman Sarah Sanders, responding on Tuesday to a reporter’s question at a news briefing, said on she had no details on what she called a “potential event.”
Late-night TV hosts, who have mocked the rich asshole since his 2016 election win, swiftly dubbed the awards “The Fakeys” or “The Trumpies.”
Colbert, host of “The Late Show” on CBS, is campaigning for “Fakest Dishonesty,” “Dishonestest Corruption” and “Smallest Button” among several other made-up categories.
In the spirit of Hollywood’s movie awards season now underway, “The Daily Show” on Comedy Central took out a spoof full-page “for your consideration” ad in the New York Times, touting the program’s qualifications.
In a tongue-in-cheek war of insults, “The Daily Show” has also run videos asking whether Colbert and comic Samantha Bee of “Full Frontal” on TBS “can really be mistrusted,” and proclaiming the satirical show’s South African-born host, Trevor Noah, “literally un-American.”
Public radio’s predominantly serious “On the Media” show last week ran spoof red-carpet coverage of “The Fakeys,” with various newspaper and TV journalists jostling for fake-news honors.
the rich asshole’s announcement followed nearly a year in which, according to a Washington Post analysis, the rich asshole made some 2,000 false or misleading statements in his first 12 months in office.
The term “fake news” was originally coined to describe false reports, often spread through social media and sometimes aimed at supporting or hurting a political figure.
Facebook and Twitter have said they have found tens of thousands of posts or accounts linked to Russian-based operatives, many of them spreading misinformation in the months before and after the 2016 election.

MSNBC pours cold water on White House doctor’s assessment by comparing the rich asshole to NFL football players

Bob Brigham

16 JAN 2018 AT 18:34 ET

Following President some rich asshole’s medical evaluation, MSNBC speculated on the “girtherism” movement doubting the official height and weight numbers given by the White House.
“I’m obsessed with President the rich asshole’s honesty,” Chuck Todd admitted. “some rich asshole admits he engages in what he calls truthful hyperbole.”
“But it’s not just the things he said, it’s about the things others say for and about him,” Todd noted.
“Today, President the rich asshole’s doctor, Dr. Ronny Jackson, told us the president is six feet three inches and 239 lbs,” Todd reported.
Todd then proceeded to compare the rich asshole’s height and weight to current NFL players.
“But, was this a bit of truthful hyperbole?” Todd asked.
“Or, if you doubt Dr. Jackson’s height/weight numbers, MSNBC’s Chris Hayes suggests that perhaps, you’re a girther,” Todd concluded.

the rich asshole, Republicans will be blamed for shutdown

January 16, 2018

Sam Schwarz

Posted with permission from Newsweek

President Donald Trump has spent the past few days using his Twitter account to blame Democrats for a potential impending shutdown, hyperbolically accusing them of favoring amnesty for all over the U.S. military. But his tactic isn’t working, and according to a new poll out Tuesday, Americans will blame Trump and the Republican Party should Congress and the president fail to fund the government past the Friday-night deadline.

"The Democrats want to shut down the Government over Amnesty for all and Border Security. The biggest loser will be our rapidly rebuilding Military, at a time we need it more than ever. We need a merit based system of immigration, and we need it now! No more dangerous Lottery," the president tweeted Tuesday morning.

The Democrats want to shut down the Government over Amnesty for all and Border Security. The biggest loser will be our rapidly rebuilding Military, at a time we need it more than ever. We need a merit based system of immigration, and we need it now! No more dangerous Lottery.

But Americans aren't buying it.

A new Hart Research Associates poll, commissioned on behalf of the liberal organization MoveOn.org, found that "even before hearing any specific policy disagreements," 42 percent of Americans would blame Donald Trump and congressional Republicans for a government shutdown, with just 31 percent instinctively laying the blame at the feet of the Democrats a significant 11-point margin.

Among independents and undecided voters, the margin is even wider, as independents would blame Republicans over Democrats by a 16-point margin and self-described undecided 2018 voters would blame the GOP over Democrats by a 19-point margin.

The poll included interviews with adults in 12 Senate battleground states: Florida, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia and Wisconsin. Of the respondents, 52 percent reported having voted for the president and 41 percent for Hillary Clinton, a margin crafted intentionally to closely mirror the combined average results from those 12 states in the 2016 election.

Republicans headed into the new year hoping to spend much of 2018 touting the passage of Trump's signature tax bill. Further, many Republicans up for election in November hoped to use its passage as a main campaign tool. But a government shutdown would likely draw the focus of voters away from the tax legislation and instead toward Washington dysfunction and a blame game over who is responsible for the government shutdown.

Democrats say they are hoping to avoid a government shutdown, but a missed deadline Friday night could play right into their hands. A shutdown would allow Democrats to make the argument that, even with control of the White House and both chambers of Congress, Republicans are unable to govern and should be returned to the minority in the 2018 elections.

WATCH: Sarah Sanders Hilariously Claims the rich asshole Isn’t Racist Because He Hosted A TV Show

According to
Minister of Propaganda White House Press Secretary, some rich asshole isn’t racist.
Sure, he may have made numerous disparaging remarks about black people in general and he might have called black-majority countries “shitholes” while demanding that the U.S. accept more immigrants from white-majority countries like Norway, but Sanders has a rock solid reason why he’s not a bigot: He hosted a reality show.
Asked about allegations that the rich asshole is a racist, Sanders fired back: “Why did NBC give him a show for a decade on TV?”

Sarah Sanders: If Trump's a Racist, 'Why Did NBC Give Him a Show for a Decade?'

Those two things, of course, are not mutually exclusive. Bill Cosby, for example, starred on a sitcom for much longer but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t also enjoy drugging and raping women. In fact, had Sanders done her research, she would have avoided bringing up “The Apprentice” at all.
Former “Apprentice” producer Bill Pruitt says that videos exist “somewhere, in some warehouse” of  the rich asshole making several “despicable” racist remarks — including the use of the n-word. Actor Tom Arnold also says there is “unused footage” from the show in which the rich asshole unleashes a torrent of racist hate. In explaining why he has not released the material, he explained:
I’ll tell you why. Because when the people sent it to me, it was funny. Hundreds of people have seen these. It was sort of a Christmas video they put together. He wasn’t going to be President of the United States. It was him sitting in that chair saying the N-word, saying the C-word, calling his son a retard, just being so mean to his own children. Oh, this is so funny, this is this guy. The Sunday before the election, I get a call from Arnold’s CAA agent, sitting next to Hillary Clinton. They said, ‘I need you to release him saying the N-word.’ I said, ‘Well, now these people — two editors and an associate producer — are scared to death. They’re scared of his people, they’re scared of they’ll never work again, there’s a $5 million confidentiality agreement.’
Recently, the rich asshole told reporters that he is “the least racist person you have ever interviewed.” Apparently, he thinks those reporters have only interviewed the most vile of Klan leaders.
It’s verifiable fact that some rich asshole is a racist — and it’s time for Americans to stop tolerating it.

the rich asshole’s Shithole Hotel Drops To 2 Stars After Flood Of Terrible Reviews (SCREENSHOTS)

some rich asshole’s shithole hotel sure is getting some rave reviews on Yelp.
According to  New Knowledge, a company that tracks the spread of misinformation on the internet, the rich asshole’s D.C. establishment dropped a full two stars thanks to a flood of 800 negative reviews between Thursday and Monday.
The reviews target reports that the rich asshole called black majority countries “shitholes” and demanded that we snag up more immigrants from white-majority nations like “Norway.”
“This place is shithole and is run by an open racist,” one reviewer wrote. “The place has bed bugs, bad service and caters to white supremacists.”
“A real shithole. Decor is like something out of Hunger Games, clientele out of Mad Max, and all the profits support the shitty owners. Stay away,” another wrote. “You’ll feel dirty for even associating with this crappy joint.”
“As a very stable genius, trust me, this place is a sh*thole,” still another another added.
Here’s a very small sampling of the reviews:

A spokeswoman for Yelp says that the company intends to sanitize the rich asshole’s image, but that removing the reviews can take a few days to remove because of the “media storm.”
While Yelp might be able to help the rich asshole save the image of this particular shithole, the kitchen at the Mar-a-Lago was recently cited for 15 violations — including milk stored way above what is considered a safe temperature, hot dogs being stored on the ground of the freezer, and many other disgusting things.
At this rate, the rich asshole is going to go bankrupt after we fill Congress with people who will do their jobs and remove him from office.

the rich asshole’s DHS Secretary Conveniently Can’t Remember the rich asshole’s Racist ‘Shithole’ Comments

some rich asshole is twisting himself into a racist pretzel to fend off from the backlash after he disparaged African nations and Haiti as ‘shithole countries.’ On Tuesday, the rich asshole claimed that he wants immigrants coming to the U.S. from “everywhere.” However, Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL) heard the rich asshole’s ‘shithole’ remarks, and so did Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) while the former reality show star’s staunchest allies have come down with a remarkable case of amnesia.
One such person stricken with this mysterious affliction is the rich asshole’s U.S. Department of Homeland Security chief Kirstjen Nielsen who on Tuesday claimed that she did not hear her boss’s racist comments.
Durbin pressed Nielson on her failed memory, after all, she was in attendance at the meeting about immigration.
“Things were said at that meeting we have to address,” Durbin said during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on Tuesday.
“How did he characterize those countries in Africa?” Durbin asked.
“I don’t specifically remember a categorization of countries in Africa,” Nielsen responded. “I think what he was saying is, as far as best I could tell… let’s move away from the countries and let’s look at the individual.”
Durbin went on to say that Nielsen told Fox News that she heard the rich asshole using “strong language” during that meeting.
“What was that language?” he asked.
“Uh, apologies, I don’t remember specific words,” she replied.
Durbin noted that Graham had criticized the rich asshole over his remarks about Africa and Haiti.
“His ‘strong words’ repeated exactly the words used by the president, which you cannot remember,” Durbin said.
Watch:
Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-VT) also asked Nielson about the rich asshole’s remarks.
“Last week in the Oval Office, president trump reportedly said the most vulgar and racist things I’ve ever heard a president of either party utter,” he said. “In fact, I’ve never heard any president, Republican or Democrat, utter anything even similar. Now he denies using the specific word. There’s been some saying maybe he used a different word, maybe he didn’t. Madame Secretary, you were in the room. You’re under oath. Did president trump use this word or a substantially similar word to describe certain countries?”
Nielsen said while under oath that she “did not hear that word used.”
“That’s not the question,” Leahy shot back. “Did he use anything similar to that, describing certain countries?”
“The conversation was very impassioned,” Nielson insisted. “I don’t dispute that the president was using tough language. Others in the room were also using tough language.”
Again, she was under oath and still couldn’t seem to give a straight answer. She’s saying that the rich asshole used ‘tough language’ but she can’t remember what he said. Sure, Jan!

the rich asshole Proves Chivalry Is Dead By Forcing His Wife And Kid To Walk In Pouring Rain

some rich asshole is a d*ck. He regularly calls Mexicans rapists and murders, attacks black people and Muslims, courts Nazis and the KKK, and is generally every form of horrible one can imagine.
the rich asshole is so terrible that his own wife is reluctant to so much as hold his hand — and it’s no wonder after seeing how President Sh*thole treats her and their son.
The Trumps were headed to Air Force One on Monday for yet another trip to the Mar-a-Lago when the rich asshole revealed that he doesn’t just believe in “America First” but “the rich asshole First.”
It was raining and while a decent man would have held and umbrella for his wife and child, the rich asshole hogged it for himself and forced Melania and Barron to walk in the rain.
Look, Melania may be a trashbag of a human being unworthy of someone spitting in her mouth if she’s dehydrated — but Barron the rich asshole is the only member of the family to ever show distress when someone screamed “Kill Obama” in his presence. He doesn’t deserve this kind of treatment from his own father, no matter how terrible his family is.
This is yet another example of why some rich asshole is unfit to be in public, let alone serve as President. If we truly want to “make America great again,” we need to push our leaders to remove him from office. Every day this embarrassment of a gross orange amalgamation of oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, sulfur, sodium, chlorine, and magnesium is in office is another day he can do damage or embarrass us in front of the world.

Wolf Blitzer schools GOP congressman blathering about immigration: Did your ancestors come to the US as ‘skilled workers’?

Noor Al-Sibai

16 JAN 2018 AT 19:25 ET

During a Tuesday interview, CNN’s Wolf Blitzer schooled Rep. Ted Yoho (R-FL) when the latter claimed he and the Republican Party wish to only bring in “skilled workers.”
“What do you mean by skilled immigrants, skilled workers?” Blitzer asked the House Foreign Affairs Committee member.
“You know, if you look historically, the ones that have engineering degrees or doctors degrees, architects,” Yoho responded.
The host, however, wasn’t having it.
“Congressman, I don’t know about your ancestors when they came over to the United States, but I suspect they didn’t have a whole lot of skills, they were probably very poor,” Blitzer countered. “But look what they achieved while here in the United States.”
He then brought his own family history into the mix.
“My parents came over the same way, they didn’t have many skills, but they achieved a great deal because this country gives these people great opportunities,” he continued.
“How do you make sure there are workers who come in, work really hard, and have an opportunity, their kids do well in school, and they eventually become, like you, a member of the United States House of Representatives?” Blitzer asked Yoho. “How do you do that, guarantee they will have a place in this country, not just highly educated, wealthy, english-speaking immigrants?”
“What I was referring to is, I just don’t want open borders where everyone can come in or a system called DACA that was unconstitutional that the previous president did,” the congressman concluded.

Steve Bannon refused to answer House intel committee questions even after receiving a subpoena: GOP Rep

Elizabeth Preza

16 JAN 2018 AT 20:21 ET

The House Intelligence Committee on Tuesday recessed a hearing with former some rich asshole aide Steve Bannon who, according to Rep. Mike Conaway (R-TX), refused to answer questions despite being subpoenaed by the congressional panel.

NEWS: Top GOP lawmaker on House Russia probe, @ConawayTX11, says committee has RECESSED Bannon hearing. Subpoena still in effect. Says Bannon refused to answer Qs even under subpoena.

Two sources familiar tell me Bannon's refusal to answer House Intel questions is meant to show "loyalty" to Trump.

Bannon was subpoenaed (for the second time in a week) while testifying before the House intel panel early Tuesday after he reportedly refused to answer questions about the rich asshole administration or presidential transition. Despite being ordered to speak, Bannon continued to stonewall the panel. Ranking member Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) accused the White House of imposing a “gag order” on Bannon.

John McCain slams the rich asshole’s promised ‘fake news awards’: ‘Freedom of information is critical for a democracy to succeed’

Noor Al-Sibai

16 JAN 2018 AT 21:20 ET

In an editorial published on Tuesday evening, Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) slammed President some rich asshole for his continued attacks against the press, culminating in the “fake news awards” loosely scheduled to take place on Wednesday.
“[The president] has threatened to continue his attempt to discredit the free press by bestowing ‘fake news awards’ upon reporters and news outlets whose coverage he disagrees with,” McCain wrote in his Washington Post op-ed. “Whether the rich asshole knows it or not, these efforts are being closely watched by foreign leaders who are already using his words as cover as they silence and shutter one of the key pillars of democracy.”
McCain is perhaps the most outspoken of the rich asshole’s GOP critics, and roughly a month ago, he took to Twitter to express his disgust with the president’s anti-press posturing.
In this editorial, McCain doubled down on his argument, claiming the rich asshole’s continued hostility towards media imperils journalists worldwide.
“Yet even more troubling is the growing number of attacks on press freedom in traditionally free and open societies,” McCain wrote, “where censorship in the name of national security is becoming more common.” He cited laws both passed and proposed that have a “chilling effect” on journalists in Britain, France and Germany, the murder of a prominent journalist in Malta and a Polish news agency that was fined for publishing photographs of anti-government protests.
The president’s “unrelenting attacks on the integrity of American journalists and news outlets” have “provided cover for repressive regimes to follow suit,” with so-called “fake news” becoming a jail-worthy offense in 21 cases in 2017 alone.
“the rich asshole’s attempts to undermine the free press also make it more difficult to hold repressive governments accountable,” the senator wrote. “For decades, dissidents and human rights advocates have relied on independent investigations into government corruption to further their fight for freedom. But constant cries of ‘fake news’ undercut this type of reporting and strip activists of one of their most powerful tools of dissent.”
“Ultimately,” McCain concluded, “freedom of information is critical for a democracy to succeed.”
